The employee is very unfriendly. You call him, he does not respond, and after a while: he responds that he is busy. I gave him a second chance. I wanted a new battery for a watch. He did not try to open the watch. He sent me to the manufacturer. If he does not want to work, he should do something else. I do not understand how this business can be profitable when they fear customers like this!
